IN 2012 BEGINS THE STORY OF THE "MORETTA DE PIO" WANTED BY GIANLUCA LUCERTINI, OWNER OF THE "CAFFE' PIO", WHICH WAS FOUNDED BY HIS GREAT GRANDFATHER IN 1912.

FOR THE ANIVERSAY OF THE FIRST 100 YEARS OF ACTIVITY , HE BOTTELED THE ORIGINAL RECIPE OF HIS GREAT GRANDFATHER , WHICH HE USED TO SERVE IN HIS RESTAURANTE SINCE THE BEGINNING.

LA MORETTA DE PIO IS THE ONLY ORIGINAL RECIPE FOR Three FUNDAMENTAL REASONS:

-IT RESPECTS THE ALCOHOL CONTENT OF THE DISTILLATE (40°)

- THERE IS NO GLUCOSE IN THE PREPARATION
